FAQ

Currently, we are only selling sunglasses. We feel that the best glasses are fit in person by a eyecare professional. However, we understand that as we are a new company, our brands are not available near you. If you live more than 30 miles from a Noon Shop retailer, please contact us at hello@noonshop.com to purchase frames.

If you contact us at hello@noonshop.com, we can contact your local optical shop and arrange to send the frames to them for you. If you let them know, they can also order them for you as well.

We have partnered with a high quality lens company who can provide prescription lenses. Please contact us for more details at hello@noonshop.com.

The metal in our Steel Brown is medical grade stainless steel.

Our Dormann frames contain nickel in the hinges and some of the frames parts. The strength of nickel is useful to provide rigidity and sturdiness to the frames. However, those nickel parts should never come in contact with the skin. The temples are made with beta titanium and the frame should fit so only the nose piece should be on skin. If the metal were to touch skin however, our Dormann glasses are meticulously coated and dried to ensure that no allergen is exposed.

See 'Product Guide' for details. Care should be taken to clean lenses with provided microfiber wipe or soft cotton cloth to prevent scratches. Glasses should handled with both hands.
